What are SAR waves??

• SAR rays are Specific Absorption Rate. SAR rays originate from your mobile, PC. Even on mobile and computer, we use the internet to do our different thing. Our mobiles have different sensors from which different types of rays are emitted. Sometimes these rays are caused by the use of WiFi, Bluetooth, or mobile data. These rays are in the form of an electric wave known as electromagnetic radiation.
  

• Electromagnetic radiation connects the towers around us to our mobile phones, laptops, or computers via our WiFi or the Internet. This connection is made possible by these electromagnetic radiations. These rays are known as SAR rays.

Causes of emissions and the amount of radiation emitted

• When this connection is made through our mobile, laptop or computer, internet or wifi, a very large amount of electromagnetic radiation is generated. But when these rays reach the tower for connectivity, all of these rays become very low. When we do more on mobile or computer, more electromagnetic radiation is generated and when we do less work, less electromagnetic radiation is generated. There is no need to keep the part that will be damaged.

Types of it:

• There are two types of SAR type electromagnetic radiation, one of which enters our body through our brain. These rays are emitted from the upper part of us. If more mobile is used, more of these rays are generated which are more likely to damage our brain. Remains.
• Other types of SAR rays are likely to harm your whole body as these rays are emitted from different parts of your mobile or computer which are absorbed by our whole body. So these rays are likely to harm our whole body.

Losses of SAR waves:

Remedy for exposure to SAR rays

• As we have seen, these rays are mostly emitted from mobiles or computers. In order to maintain the right amount of radiation emitted from these mobiles, the government emits more electromagnetic radiation than the pre-determined amount for launch in the country of mobile phones. This is not possible. Different rules have been made by the government of different countries for this. So the people of the country are very less likely to be harmed by these rays.
• The government makes different rules for our protection but we should take some measures for our safety, such as keeping away from mobile as much as possible.
• Headphones should be used when talking on the phone and speakers should be used.
